The requirements for the system solution were concise: maximum flexibility in production and manageable investments. With our own products positioning units, we were able to offer the trendy ski and snowboard company a tailor-made solution.
Thanks to the close cooperation with the customer, who brought a lot of in-house effort into the solution, the investments remained within the desired framework. The positioning units used convince by high stiffness and repeatability. This is exactly the right thing to do for processing lightweight materials.
Tool changer for 5-axis bulk milling machine

The handling system of the tool changer is no exception: large travel distances and high loads coupled with extreme dynamics are the cornerstones. Thanks to the use of linear modules with particularly high-performance timing belt drive, the customer’s requirements were fully met.
3-axis system for precise dosing
Precious dosing compound should be filled quickly, precisely and as economically as possible. With our linear modules in combination with the self-supporting bridge module, we had just the right solution.
Thanks to the bridge module, we were able to dispense with further stiffeningors or separate beams, which makes the system very ekonomic. The modules, as well as the bridge module, are equipped with ball screws with high inclines. This allows us to achieve high speeds combined with high accuracy.
